This is the story of Dominique a passionate scientist who takes on himself for years to build gradually an extensive experience in the wild. Occasionally assisted by other scientists on specific topics but alone more often front of the difficulties involved in land development and also alone with the growing data volume. Of colloquium in symposium he participate in some focus groups to find some help, some techniques, some realized examples of treatment on similar data. The stabilization of collection systems generates an abrupt engorgement, but also it give many informations extremely rich difficult to use by traditional and individual means. Always looking for mutually enriching sharing, he has the idea to create an open research group and to nourish it with discussions on two aspects of complex systems. The first aspect is the subject of background, the numerical analysis of data from complex systems. The second theme is the equipment of the acquisition system and supervision of experience in fragile environment or in extremely hostile environment.
Dominique meets François a maintenance man in the bungalow it occupies during a visit in Guadeloupe. This man is data analyst passionate, research engineer specializing in artificial intelligence, in sabbatical leave . A dialogue installs itself on processing tools, and another on the weight of human management of a collaborative project. In favor of a second stay, both easy go lucky men are going on the ground and the embryo of a transverse working group is emerging. The need to sit the construction of the research group on a local and universal dimension as introduces a reflection on participatory reuse the work at all levels. three first experiments are conducted with a large teenager, two teenagers and volunteer tourists, the first shows the ease of spontaneous public support in both the discovery but especially in reflection even in various fabrications. The other two demonstrate the ease, the potential results well supervised and energy gained in the implementation of processes and their immediate experimentation.
